ABOUT ABOUT
The explosion of social media has revolutionized business communication. While a company could once only communicate with its customers through a phone call, direct mail or email, today’s communication channels have not only multiplied exponentially, but have also expanded the one-way business-customer flow into a series of two-way communications among both individuals and entire groups.

Social media as a marketing tool offers tremendous new opportunities for growing businesses, though it also presents potential minefields for the unwary in the areas of trademark infringement, ownership of copyrights, and loss of company trade secrets and confidential information.

This seminar will help your business embrace social media with the confidence that you are building your brand while also protecting your company’s core ideas and identity.

Key Takeaways include:
• Strategies to protect your company’s ideas and brand, while taking advantage of social media opportunities.
• Simple methods to avoid IP disputes with third parties.
• How to implement IP strategies cost effectively.

Who should Attend?
Business Owners, Investors, Marketers
